The challenges included wanting to simplify the complicated arrangement tasks using Excel, reduce the labor hour aggregation tasks that were causing overtime, and have real-time visibility of the arrangement status. After implementation, arrangements became easier with the use of smartphones, and the automation of labor hour aggregation resulted in approximately a 35% reduction in overtime hours.
